By accessing or using BizNameChecker (the "Service"), operated by Logicor Solutions, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically for the latest information on our Terms of Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service, whether as a free user or as a registered account holder.

BizNameChecker provides a combined search tool that allows users to check both LLC (Limited Liability Company) name availability across all 50 U.S. states and domain name availability across 30+ top-level domains (TLDs) in a single search. The Service displays results in real time with live domain pricing.

LLC availability results are sourced from publicly available Secretary of State databases and business entity registries. While we strive for accuracy, these results are informational only and should be verified directly with the relevant state authority before filing any business formation documents.

Domain registration services are provided through our partnership with an ICANN-accredited registrar. Domain availability and pricing are displayed in real time and are subject to change. A domain is not reserved until the registration process is fully completed and payment is confirmed.

You may browse and search BizNameChecker without creating an account. However, certain features, such as saving searches and accessing bookmarked results, require a free account registration.

When you create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or are used for any unlawful purpose. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@logicorai.com.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.

You may not: (a) use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools to access the Service or extract data in bulk; (b) attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the integrity or security of the Service; (c) impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity; (d) use the Service to engage in domain front-running, cybersquatting, or any form of bad-faith domain registration.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates this provision, including removing content, suspending or terminating accounts, and reporting violations to law enforcement authorities.

Domain registrations made through BizNameChecker are processed by our ICANN-accredited registrar partner. By registering a domain, you agree to the registrar's Registration Agreement in addition to these Terms. The registrar's agreement governs the domain registration relationship.

Domain prices displayed on BizNameChecker are live quotes and may change at any time prior to completing your purchase. The registration period, renewal pricing, and transfer policies are governed by the registrar's terms. We display prices transparently with no hidden markups or introductory teaser rates.

You are responsible for maintaining your domain registration, including timely renewals. We are not liable for any expired domains, failed renewals, or domain disputes. All domain registrations are subject to ICANN policies, including the Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP).

The following activities are strictly prohibited: using the Service to conduct trademark infringement or to register domains in bad faith; attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service; using the Service to send spam, phishing messages, or malware.

You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service or any data obtained through it without our prior written consent. You may not use the Service to build a competing product or service, or to benchmark the Service against any competing product or service.

Any violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your access to the Service, and we reserve the right to pursue any and all legal remedies available to us.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Logicor Solutions, LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

The BizNameChecker name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Logicor Solutions, LLC. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to the Service, such as saved searches. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and display your saved content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that LLC availability results are 100% accurate or up-to-date. State databases may have delays, and name availability can change at any time. Always verify LLC name availability directly with the relevant Secretary of State office before filing formation documents.

IN NO EVENT SHALL LOGICOR SOLUTIONS, LLC, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICE.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify users by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may also provide additional notice, such as an email notification or a prominent notice on the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Delaware.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in Delaware, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
